I need help please- OCD and supporter package gone

What happened?
=> Not played on RE for a while. All OCD has been wiped, supporter package (the permanent one also seems to have disappeared)

Server? (EU or NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE NA

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Logged back in today at around 21:00 and checked on HWS connect

On which Playfield?
=> Akua

Structure Name(s)?
=> N/A

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> N/A

How can we help you now?
=> See if my former OCD stuff, EB, Supporter package is listed in database somewhere?

Hey,

its not wiped it just does not show if you were inactive.
Log into the game, play around for a few minutes and all will show up again.

But I doubt you mean NA RE. All your stuff is on EU RE. NA RE does not even exist for long yet.

Ahh, there was only one RE server at the time which became EU, it all becomes clear. Thanks Jascha.
