you posted 2 same IDs?
In general: your CV got removed, because you ignored the Phoenix Warning.
Every day at 5PM everything in Phoenix and Black Hole will get wiped.
I restored it for common fees now.

time warnings always follow server time. u can type cb:time in chat to see the current server time and adjust according to ur zone. here in US EST i just add 6hrs to my time when i look at the clock. daylight savings is usually a slight hiccup so cb:time is the goto when unsure.
