How can we help you now: I would like to start my char over so i can pick a new faction. I did the cb reset and it kicked me from server and said try again in 5 seconds, you’re being reset. When i came back, it was like a Fresh start instead of reset. I did not get to pick new faction, i still had my levels, etc.
