What happened:
=> Short story, my ship vanished, but says it’s right here.
Longer: I docked with another Faction ship in the atmosphere. I died nearly instantly. I respawned in my SV, then started to get both ships down. The moment they landed, my SV disappeared. Coordinates say it’s right here. I’ve tried both getshipdown and getshiphere, and also logged out and back in.

Get the ID # of the docked vessel and use the console command, not chat command, undock ID
Replace the ID with the correct number.
This will undock the SV from the vessel and it should become a physical structure again. This is a known bug that happens from time to time.
Once the SV undocks it may or may not instantly be moved to it’s last location before you docked it. Activate waypoint and find it if that’s the case.
Logged in just a bit ago to try. Using UNDOCK on the other ship resulted in “ship is not docked.”
Now my SV has been deleted (I did not do it), according to Structure Commander.
