=> I was trying out the Stealth optopns on EGS and my Mining CV that I had docked to my main ship that I stealthed got deleted somehow and I spent my entire day getting that ship…

Just use the unstealth command.

I used Unstealth. The ship is no longer there. even in my structure manager it says the Ship is destroyed.

Please always state your ingame playername. T his one I could not find.

I checked the logs and you are right, he could not stealth it. But it should have send an error to you.
So i restored it again.
