which server and which ingame name is it about?
Taxes depend on a lot of things and should hurt to keep ECC etc free (since otherwise noone bothered)
Egs needs more windmills, so taxes has raised a bit 
EU server and name is Meiyouren. It happened once right after the migration to new version alpha 11. 1 day afterwards I was refunded about 80 million then 2 days later it showed up as taxed again. I believe I was parked in cross server warp space with only my SV and about 1800+ RP. My typical tax at the time was around 60,000 - 80,000.

ok good to know. That tax was a bug (we had some trouble last week with CSW tax).
I refunded it.
