i would just like to know who gets the Patreon Core as i have the Elite patreon and i was given a Alien core and just wanted to understand how or if i can get one? Thanks

I assume you’re referring to Patreon tiers?
Master+ can collect a Patreon Core at EGS HQ in ECC. The alien core is a separate, unrelated, reward, that I think Elite+ gets 
So you can still get the Patreon Core by upgrading to Master+.
