Hey, check with Nitrado to know which user to enter. Has nothing to do with steam. Its Nitrado’s FTP user. If you search for Nitrado in this Forum you find similar posts with more information: > [@Nitrado Assistance](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/nitrado-assistance/5162/9): > > Awesome!! Glad to hear it! Its definitely worth it if you have Dedicated servers – MUCH more full featured and easy to use. You’re not relying on FTP and restarts and such to make your changes and you get a lot of power. Try it out on a Azure or Amazon server for a quick check! Welcome to the family! slight_smile > [@Nitrado server setup](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/nitrado-server-setup/4488/41): > > Did you try what was suggested here? Also you might want to consider what is said here about the lite Version: “Select the option that you run EAH on your local PC while the Game runs on the Server Enter the IP of the Server (do not enter the port here!) In case your hoster uses a different IP for telnet (like Nitrado does) enter it here. (do not enter the port here!) Enter the FTP port for the Server Enter the FTP Userfor the Server Enter the FTP Directory for the Server. Please check … Hope that helps --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.empyrion-homeworld.net/t/i-need-to-know-what-i-used-name-to-put-in-ftp-user-in-eah/17060)._
