Home Spawning is bugged since it got implemented. Sometimes it does not work. Except known reasons like stealthing a home CV for example.
We can’t help you with the bug because we don’t know how to reproduce it, thus report it to the devs. We can only warp you back home. But I see you are good to go already!?
