What happened?
=> I noticed that cb:info says that my interest is 2% including 1% for star fragments, but I have turned in 2 star fragments on NA server.

=> today, after I upgraded eb to 10 I checked the interest.

=> please investigate the effect of the second start fragment. I collected the second star fragment from EU server and I deposited on the NA server. I got the RP, but not the interest.
Please adjust the interest rate I get.

Where you deposit does not matter and has nothing to do with the reward.
You get the interest where you activated the start fragment

Its done on a per server basis (not transfrrable) . So the interest rate does change but is still capped at the max you can get for your bank level, the only difference is that with the shards you effectiveley dont need as much in the bank to make interest at max amount
