Issues with connect

What happened:
=> My Connect seems to be malfunctioning. OAM will not purchase new levels and NPC merchants not showing up on list after buying a package. Its been like this for a few days now.

Hmm first what browser are you using?

for OAM, are you online? you have to be in-game when u try to upgrade and u should get a message in-game about it being upgraded… I think connect side you only see a popup saying “command sent to game”

as for Npc Trader, after buying the package, it should appear under Your NPC Trader button…

If i got issues with it i restart my browser and it normally works again. I have had some issues and not really sure why but sometimes (even if i have shut down my computer) when i open browser again im logged in hws. Usually then the problems occure. Just close all pages and close browser and open again and login again and it might work.

I usually use Chrome but also tried internet explorer after having issues for a couple days. I have completely closed and restarted browsers many times over the past few days. At first I assumed connect was down for maintenance. I am always logged in when requesting the upgrade, but am not getting in game message.

As for trader, I have purchased a pack and was expecting it to be listed under my trader as stated on site, but it’s not. It says to report if it doesn’t show up after a couple hours, days later, still nothing under my trader.

hmm ok chrome is good…
1st for the npc trader, can you please specify the date and approx time you purchased it? i will try to follow the logs and see what happened…

for the OAMs, this is strange, if possible, using chrome, open the dev tools (F12 button), then try to upgrade then take a screenshot of the console area that opened up with F12 (i am mainly trying to see if any errors happening client side that are preventing the message to be sent to game)

Or even better: please send me the PayPal transaction ID via PM please.

Instead of restarting the Browser I always recommend to hard clear the Cache.
Either with CTRL + SHIFT + R (which is not always good) or best with
CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
