It seels like something may be wrong with the class limit on eden, both in game and on the website it states that it will support a class 7 structure but we are trying to use a class 6 bp and it is telling us we cant build it because the class size is red

If it is size class 6 then its not the size class that is the issue, it is probably a forbidden block or something. Try making sure it has the correct amount of guns, no plants and alien turrets/core to start with.
