Item disappeared when moving to backpack

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened: Mined a promethium meteorite in my HV. I opened my harvest box and shift-clicked the ore to move into backpack. It got removed from the harvest box, but didn’t show up in inventory. Was not ‘dropped’. I re-logged, but it didn’t help.

EDIT: It is now happening with EVERY PROMETHIUM ORE I MINE. Please help.

Could you please make a video of it happening.
Then we can send it to the devs, and then we will give you something back.
But we need that proof and best also a way to reproduce it, so that devs can fix it.

EDIT: I don’t know how to reproduce it, but when I shift-click to move it, it just disappears. shrug

Please test again with new update. Could not reproduce it anymore. Maybe they fixed it

Is it a bought HV with special thing? Because you use the Advanced constructor in the Video. that is not a usual HV thing.

No, sorry, that video was of my CV. It was happening from ANY ‘container’ I’d use. I will try again soon and let you know.

Update: It is now working as it should be. Not sure what happened or if anything changed, but the problem appears to have been fixed. For now… :wink:
