New errors happened. Still in the midst of transferring my loot from Epic acct to Steam acct so I can just fully play on Steam.

Game crashed (error code: unable to connect with dedicated server/ connection to playfield lost). Kicked me back to game main screen. Relogged, and those items in my yellow f4 logistics ship components disappeared. The other ship components like plasma turbine, advanced constructor, advanced RCS, blocks, ventilator, etc are painful but I can still replace. Worst is I lost my first ever basic cpu extender.

Would you please help to restore? I cannot use in game commands on my Epic account (qwer4117) so i cannot do an OCD restore.

Unfortuantely we have hold no records of the F4 connected toolbar.
try and not use this too often as its horribly bugged.

We try and ask people to record while using this for this reason so that we can help with reimbursing you.

If you list 4 resources / items that you really want to have back plz list them here and the quantity that you had.

happy weekend, thanks for replying so quickly. Just those items in my log pls. Will try and do a screenshot when using F4 next time but it’s hard to not use F4 while building…

Hey, @brighter.

Sadly the areas where we don’t have logs, the best we can do is one exception, and I did that for you in your last ticket.
Also just to be clear, ocd:restore wouldn’t help in this case either.
We would need a video here to be able to help.

The connected toolbar is a quite badly implemented feature, and the more disconnects you experience, the greater chance of losses, so the fact that RE uses it is not a good combination

I’d highly encourage you to only ever have it on while you’re using it “here and now”, and if you have expensive items in it, start recording.
