# Items not uploading to OCD and are now lost

**What happened:**
=\> On two occasions now, uploading multiple items to the OCD has somehow failed and I have lost a significant amount of resources.

=\> Hi there! š Rex is currently aware of the issue Iām having. I mentioned that after uploading all of my Ores to the OCD last night, they now do not appear in there. This was also the first time Iād ever used my OCD, so I also couldnāt check to see if they were there on HWS, but Rex confirmed that they werenāt.
After speaking to him, I tried it again as he suggested with a non-important item such as a single assault rifle. I did so, and it worked. I can now see the Assault rifle in my OCD on HWS Connect.
So, I thought I would try again to store some of the resources Iāve collected in preparation for the wipe in the coming weeks. So this time I decided to upload all of my Ingots. But again the same the happened as with the ores.
I hit āSend itemsā and still after 35 mins later, they have not appeared in my OCD, and I fear they may be lost as well.
Luckily I screenshotted this transaction this time so I know exactly what I have potentially lost.

Hey,
I found the error message (we log the loss, so no worries).
I will give you your ressources back. Just let us know when you are online, because we need you to empty yout backpack, or at least create some empty ocd slots for us.
I also found the underlying problem. We will fix that as soon as possible (overlapping zones on ECC).

Well thats the problemā¦ OCD does not create empty slots yetā¦ Will build that, but I cant build it for this season anymore.
Could you empty your backpack next time you log out (or if Im online)?
Then I will fill up the missing items and scratch them off above. I will do so now for the empty slots you have.

Oh I see! Ok, no worries Iāll log in now and empty my backpack so that you can chuck them in there instead š
How long should I wait until trying the OCD upload again? I wouldnāt want to cause you more work if the items you just gave back to me went missing again in the upload haha

I filled your Bakpack up with the remaining ones.
OCD should work now again in the ECC-OCD Zone.
