What happened:
=> Landed my SV on my old base on Atlantis, at my current location. Got out to break down base and both base and my ship vanished.

this happened because the auto clean feature from Empyrion + a bug triggered.
The base disappeared as soon as it got loaded from you (DSL), because you didn’t touch it for 15 days.
Do you want that base back too?
The SV docked to the base just a moment before and the bug triggered, that anything docked to a base, which gets destroyed / vanished, will vanish too.
I restored the SV from the latest backup we have (7:44AM) for now.
