Loading Terrain Golden Globe bugged - restart

What happened:
=> After i logged out when i got the 10 Second Server Restart Message. I couldn´t login anymore. The Loading of the terrain is bugged. I am at Golden Globe deHeinrich has the same Problem (he got kicked from the restart). Probably the disconnect needed longer than usual, and we got bugged. Could you help us unbugging, please.

Solved Itself by waiting and staying logged off. Perhaps some kind of timeout.

How i can add stuff to a ticket, which wasn´t published?
