=> Dead on Zion planet 9/19/2020 around 11:00PM. Bag was unable to be collected.

=> Bag was at my feet on top of me HV tank but I was unable collect it due to it being shown 344 feet away even though it was at my feet.

Hey,

sadly we usually can’t restore backpacks.

I did restore it now, but a couple of things here:

• Make a video and/or screenshot in such a case

• Please use cb:time not your local time. Server Time is also shown on top right of this page.
  

• This is a big exception, that we restored it

That is my fault I raged quit lol. normally I would get al that information but did it after the fact when Dr. Dark said I should put a ticket in. To bad Eleon has not resolved this issue it really hurts the game.
