Lost base and ship

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

WHAT HAPPENED: I joined my mate and ended up restarting again thinking i could re create my faction on the starter world and come back to my base on Lawless HQ. I have got back to my old base on Lawless HQ where my old capital vessel (temperrrs raza) still is and the faction was called bumble bee. Is there any way I can get access to my old base and ship as i could not re create the faction name as it said it was already taken.
