Go ECC, go to marketplace planet, find main building go to gun factory teleport buy a pistol 50 000 cash (money card)

u mean at marketplace, and wait for someone to sale?

Marketplace on ECC. go to trading area in galactic headquarters, I think on second floor. You can buy from a machine set in kiosks around the building. No need to meet in person.

The ECC Planet has a “Gun Shop” you can buy any epic from in addition to the standard trader market stalls.
