Lost my HWS Armor and 10k ore of promethium when disconnected

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I put on my HWS armor at my base in Rayzar Prime to get ores from my OCD. I teleported to an OCD location in my faction HQ in MKS Paradise. Get 10k promethium ores from OCD. Then I got disconnected. When I re-logged, I was in the middle of the air in Rayzar Prime. When I checked my character, it has the advanced light armor on instead of my HWS armor.

For real? If this is true, I don’t need to get my HWS armor for the rest of the season!

Hey, @Kaito_Shen.

There’s typically a free HWS Armor by the Jascha Memorial in EGS HQ, yes :slight_smile:

But just so you know, we don’t have logs over your armor, and this bug is not uncommon. I’d highly recommend recording your Empyrion gameplay, as the most common and expensive bugs are typically also the ones we don’t have logs about.
