Lost ship to HWS planet tick unrightfully

What happened: Had an overclass cv on armegeddon playfield chasing an enemy cv who went there with his ship with apparent intention to try and get the server to take it before we could loot it. He Landed there and logged (making the cv tick to hws, but we got cored it right before the tick hit). I recieved my warning for my cv being on the field and then i Left the planet. About 2-3 MINUTES later my cv was taken from me by HWS in blackhole space… I had to buy it back for 8 million credits.

thats a looooong 2-3 minutes:

12 minutes and 4 Warnings is maximum.

So it was very very close and actually even over time.
Since he should not have taken it in Black Hole I will pay the 8mil back and check the function.

Thank you. What I meant about the 2-3 minutes was the amount of time that i was in space flying around before the ship was taken. I waited on the planet a while until i got my last warning and immediately left. was just really weird that i was in space for as long as i was when the ship was taken. Thanks though.
