Making ticket for Lucardes due to maybe a charicter bug

What happened?
=> Me and Gareth have been helping Lucardes for most of the evening with no success. he is stuck on the tutorial planet and we were able to send him his cv but every time he was warped out of the planet he was warped right back to the planet. I and Gareth suspect that it is a character bug. we have asked him to make a ticket not sure if he was able to last night as time was getting on

I resolved it with him.
He is also able to make tickets himself I see.
@Lucardes should make a ticket if something is still wrong.

yes this was the 1st ticket he made we asked him to make another for this bug but i guess he didnt
