Massive error from a newbie

I’m not sure where to send a ticket but i miss understood the pheonix time zone. And I was still new and I lost CV and everythinf in it (190h) I did even built a base yet. Im stuck naked on ECS planet. I’m not sure how to submit a ticket but everything happend around 16 nov from the massive wipe of phonix sys… Can you help because my interest to restart everything is very low. NAME; CRAZYJOE AND wipe CF Frigate with everything in it.

I found you on NA server now, but I do not see your ship at all.

When exactly was it wiped and is “CF Frigate” really the correct name of the ship?
How long did you have that ship?

After searching a bit, I did find some ship of yours that were deleted in Phoenix:

But thats a week ago. Why did you wait so long? It already deleted in the backups. I had to scratch it from file now and restored it close to you. But I can’t do that for the other ships.

I restored it and warped you to it in ECC Sector.
