Hey, @moandor2439.

It’s not until you get some kind of “OCD Zone connected …” message in the chat, that the server actually registers that you’re in the zone So if you don’t see the message, you know you’ll have to pay a fee.

And if you’re not registered in the zone yet, there is indeed an alert box ingame with bright red letters, telling you much you’re about to pay in fine
Most likely you just skipped over it, without noticing it.

But for now I refunded the fee anyways, since you were near the OCD zone.

note: there can be delays in synchronization of it seeing you are actually in a zone. cb:startjobs helps to kick that in the pants.
