There is a max limit that you can have on the whole server then there also the individual playfield limits too. Make sure you check the map for each playfield to see their limits.
To know what you are talking about you would have to post the exact Message you got (for next time).
Because the message contains the Key.
As Far as I can see you got the warning for Alliance HQ where you are only allowed to have a certain amount of SV’s per ALLIANCE! So not just faction. See Playfield description.
