# Missing items after restart

=\> After Restart I am missing items out of the cargo bay of my CV but more importantly 5 advanced upgrade kits I had in my play inventory.

In the brackets you see what servers are available.
But I assume you meant RE NA.

So you had 5 adv upgr kits in your player invenotry before the restart?
I canāt find them.
Or a connected (yellow) toolbar?
The issues with such tickets are as you can imagine: we have absolutely no proof of that.
And while this is an unfortunate situation for both of us, we added guideline for both of us here:

P.S.: Check carefully each container you have around you again.
Very often players found their stuff after that.

I found them! They were somehow in my SV attached to my cv. Idk how that happened but thank you!
