Missing personal inventory

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> Missing stuff issue, all items in my personal inventory are gone? Logged in june 19 12:41 LOGIN and all my personal inventory was not where it should have been, on me. In checking dashboard and player info @ hws connect I noted that on 6/19 @ 8:51 my origin weapon was gone.
I had it when I logged out, (logged out about 00:41)

Structure commander no longer has my base listed, it does show my SV’s. My base coords were
-958/36/-265. My base is still here and other inventories are intact.

Player(s) with issue:
=> RedDaggar

Server:
=> North America

Time (cb:time):
=> june 19 at 12:41 login

Playfield:
=> Federation HQ planet

Structure Name(s):
=> NA

Structure ID(s):
=> NA

How can we help you now:
=> recover my lost items among which were 3 epic weapons

Hey, you died before you logged out. But I guess it was due to the game problems last night that he did not save the last occurence. So I restored the last known backpack.

Is the fact that structure commander does not list my base going to be a problem?

Without information we cant help much.
If it does not appear for longer, it might be an issue. but just check if its still there first
