the “missing” RP points are the result of a check yesterday.
You are one of the builder of these HV tanks which are illegal
That was the first warning-punishment.
Here is the error, I had 5 hoverers and all howitzers were on the spoiler. A distinctive feature is the two gray blocks in front of the hover. All belonged to the BAL faction
