Mission wont start on its on "Adventure | ECC"

What happened?
=> After i finished mission “Adventure | Elemental Galactic Service HQ” The next mission “Adventure | ECC” thitnt start
I tryed to actived it but leaveing Planet Sector Relogin but nothing helpt

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Dont remember ecatly but somewhere between 1500and1700

=> Advice on how to start the mission or actived it for me please ^^

go to ECC HQ building, behind the teleporter for Flying City is a room with NPC console, interact with it and pick “how do i earn clone points” or something like that in conversation, then pick option to activate the mission
