My backpack fell through the ground at Prisoner Ship

What happened:
=> My backpack fell through the ground at Prisoner Ship on Federation Planet one jump from starter world. I was at top of elevator and going down when npc shot me with rocket and my backpack fell down elevator and then went through floor and planet.

=> I need my gear and loot back. Lost weapons including epics, tools, ammo for all mentioned, 2000 in promethium, food, health stuff, fusion cells, etc.

Any assistance would be amazing. These are the sort of bugs that make you seriously consider not playing anymore. This game and this server are amazing but the bugs are motivation destroyers.

sorry to hear that. Sadly we can’t do much about it. But you could open a bug ticket in Empyrion Forum. Maybe if enough people complain they look deeper into it.
I restored the backpack, but for next time please keep in mind to give us the cb:time instead of you local time .
