What happened?
=> Elemental Bank level reset from level 3 to level 1

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Not exactly sure but i was level 3 at the beginning of the season and looked yesterday to find i was level 1.

=> Can you please set my elemental bank level back to level 3.

eb startes at lvl1 each season. unless u have purchased supporter package for EGS lvl3 or supporter package to keep bank level from the previous season.
