My ship got disappeared and reappeared in an unreachable point. I need help please

What happened?
=> My CV has sunk into the Tallodar. I was entering the Tallodar when connection to the server got failed. I had to quit and re-enter to the server but after that the ship has disappeared. When i check CV’s location in HWS Connect, it’s in Tallodar Sector but located core center of the Tallodar Planet. I tried everything but i cannot get close because i leave the tallodar sector and enter the tallodar planet from beyond a certain point.

Hi, thanks for the help. My ship isn’t destroyed and cb:restore command isn’t working because of that.

The problem with cb:getshiphere command is; the ship is located in “Tallodar Sector” playfield. This playfield is outer space of the Tallodar planet. I can only use this command when i am in the space but, due to a bug i guess, the ship is located right at the core of the planet. When i try to get close by gliding, planet pushes me back; if i try with another ship, i enter the planets atmosphere when 2.3 km’s away from the ship and because of that, playfield changes from Tallodar Sector to Tallodar. By any means, i can’t get close to the ship further than 2.3 kilometers.

I blindly tried to teleport it one kilometer further away, but I don’t know in what direction compared to the planet.
Can you please check the coordinates given in HWS Connect → Structure Commander, and see if it’s there?

Otherwise, let me know, and I’ll go ingame and check.

Thank you so much. With your help i was able to regain my ship and set sail to the stars. A kind note by the way; game server needs a serious maintainance. It’s really unplayeable especially in the evenings.

No worries.

We know it’s laggy, unfortunately. It has nothing to do with maintenance. The RE EU server runs on 100% CPU quite many hours of the day, because Empyrion is a monster.

We have a very good server, but hardware can’t really keep up with Empyrion.

Over the next few days, it will slowly get better. For now, there’s really nothing we can do, even though we understand how frustrating the disconnects are.
