======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
What happened:
=> I try to use crosserver warp to the NA server. after warp the system kicked me out. then i try to login in NA-Server, but he don´t recognize me. He ask me “choose starting planet” and so on. So i dont continue this procedure.

How can we help you now:
=> my ship “Treasurehunter” is not listet in the structures of the european server, so i think it´s warped. But how can i login to NA and get my ship? Always the system ask me “choose starting planet” when i try to enter NA. I don´t do it and wait for an answer at the support. Also no structures are shown in the NA-Structure Commander. So i think there must be something wrong.
