NA to EU Bank Transfer Failed

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> Shortly after the hotfix (after the first chatbot fix on NA) around 10:30am server time I did a bank transfer of about 130 million credits from my NA to EU account. However when I CSWed over to EU the money wasn’t there. When I check HWS the dashboard does not show the transfer in my history but the money is gone from my NA account.

Player(s) with issue:
=> SimplePiMan

Server:
=> NA and EU

Time (cb:time):
=> 10:30am July 1 (Server Time)

Playfield:
=> n/a

Structure Name(s):
=> n/a

Structure ID(s):
=> n/a

How can we help you now:
=> I would like to either have the transfer completed or the money returned to my NA account.

Done, sorry for the issue. Was fixing our tool during that time
