======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
What happened:
=> I’ve been playing daily on HWS EU for the last 4 or 5 weeks. Most days, i stream while i play. Earlier this morning (24/07/2019) was playing on HWS EU, Eden Planet. I have my base there, together with an SV I built while streaming, and a CV i started building this week.
This morning I logged in, everything was fine and where i left it last night. Had the CV parked at a platform on my base, and the SV parked on the CV (as it had been for days). Started building and working on the CV. % minutes in, I removed the core of the CV to change it’s position ( something i’ve done countless times before, with no problem whatsoever, including this very week, while streaming.). Went out of the CV (which is still a few seconds walking, so it didn’t vanish when i removed the core), down the ramp, and to my storage a few meters away to pick up another core. Turn around, and my ships are gone. Both. Mind you, this was 30 seconds or less after i removed the core, Ive done the same cpountless times, often taking over half an hour to place it back in without ever having any problem. And it wouldn’t explain why the SV vanished, since nobody touched it.
Nothing in the property tab, nothing anywhere. Only the base is there, at the exact same place. On HWS Connect, it says my SV still exists, but no CV, which is expected, since i removed the core of the CV. But none of them are there.

CV - Think i named it Moebius, but not sure.
Since last wipe, Only had 3 properties. My base, and my 2 ships. The 2 that are gone.

CV - No idea what was the ID, was still a work in progress. It’s probably somewhere in my streams, but it’s a needle in a hay stack.
How can we help you now:
=> No idea. Lost resources maybe? I do have the blueprints saved yesterday.
