lagg is ussually down to the playfield not the base its self but im sure the admins can look into it for you just be patient

Hey,

I checked your base out. It is very nice but has 856 Devices! That is insane!! Lessons learned I think and normally not our job to refund at all because it doesn’t matter if you put an Alien Core in it or a normal Core. You could have checked the performance issue with a normal core already.

Just a note that that is an one time job here.

I removed the Alien Core, put a normal core in it, set it back to your faction and gave you the Alien Core in your inventory…
