The last two days I have not gotten the daily rewards. Also, I just subscribed to the newsletter but still no reward. My inventory is empty so it is not a space issue.

The newsletter reward is given manually by me and I was sleeping. You got it now, thank you for subscription!
The Daily Loot is working if you have cleared your caches. What countdown do you see? Maybe you clicked Daily Loot in EU instead of NA, etc.
