did you check your player logs?
Have you been online the last days (ingame)?
I’m pretty sure you have to be online after 08:50 in the morning server time.
I checked and you are missing the Faction Bonus of the 18th and 23rd.
Both times you were not only 24 hours before the reward-time (as Dr Dark mentioned).
That will be the reason.
