Not able to enter planet

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> When I logged on an hour ago, I found myself at the starter planet. Last time I logged of II was at my base at Tsaeron planet in the Shedidada system. Wandraak was kind enough to pick me up but we could not enter the planet. If I use the teleporter to go back to my base the screen hangs after showing …Teleport in the corner. Relog brings me back to original position. I have restarted the game and verified data integrity in steam but the problem persists.

In case this is character related, please have a look at my friend Drakenpit as he is having teleport issues as well while being stuck at a hell planet:)

Hello,
this happens, when the playfield is “dead” => broken. Caused by the game.
Unfortunately only a server restart fixes it mostly.
In worst case I have to wipe the playfield.
Since this is some time ago and the last restart was 1:35 hours ago, I hope it’s fixed by now?
