Not loading into server onto freelancer cryo

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> I started on freelancer cryo, everything working well. After first wipe I could not log back in. The loading screen for the server lockes at 3 percent structure and eventually freezes. I cleared my cache and I also verified the game files through steam. There are numerous other people experiancing the same problem all on freelancer cryo.

Player(s) with issue:
=> Bloomsfield

Server:
=> NA

Time (cb:time):
=> after wipe 1600MST

Playfield:
=> Freelancer cryo

Structure Name(s):
=> No structure

Structure ID(s):
=> N/A

How can we help you now:
=>not sure can u move my player to another playfield like freelancer HQ?

Also Experiencing this issue. Mine made it to loading 4% structure, then went back to 3. Commands like “m”, F1, and F4 work, but the text, or at least some of it is laid over the planet rise screen.

Juniper resseted playfield… close

Yeah, too many players for EAC + Game to catch up. It will get better over time I think.
