Not receiving daily loot

What happened:
=> Player Activity log says I received daily loot as follows: Received 3.0416666666667 Skill Points: 50000xGold Coins, 50xAlien Container (Rare), 5xRaw Diamond, 300xXeno Substrate, 12500xMoney Card, 4xAuto Miner Core.

I am supposed to auto receive loot.

I had inventory space for this, but it is not in my inventory.

Server:
=> NA/EU

=> Any

How can we help you now:

hello,

i went through the logs…

on NA, there was an error sending the items, 4 were delivered to player according to game logs, only the following 2 failed:

50x Alien Container (Rare)
12500x Money Card

i have queued these items and you should receive them once online on NA

as for EU… i am not sure why it did not trigger… but i can see you received it today (today it gave u the missed loot as well or its supposed to have!)

Hi @Hayawen - thanks a ton for looking into this. I have not checked NA yet, but in EU I don’t seem to have received the missing days of loot.

Went to NA - received containers and money card. Nothing from EU. Gracias @Hayawen.

Ok, it should give u a day’s worth of missing loot on each server for 31st… today i think u got the packages OK, just yesterday a couple missed…
