How can we help you now: See what the issue is. Not sure why I am not receiving it. I am getting my other bonuses. The last faction bonus I got was the day we did the Star Wars Event.
Yes. It should be equipped currently in slot 1.
I see what the issue is:
since the 15th October you didn’t play anymore.
Only active player get the faction bonus 
We will check the consistency with the other “rewards”, if a player is not active.
