=> tried to upgrade my OAM today from 3 to 4. Instead it went from 3 to 2.

Server? (EU or NA)
=> EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Uknown

On which Playfield?
=> ECC

Structure Name(s)?
=> na

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> na

How can we help you now?
=> help me upgrade my OAM from 3 - 4 and advise how this can be avoided for future upgrades.

Did you do it over HWS Connect oder ingame via chat?

Please also state your correct ingame name

I used HWS Connect.

I moved on, you can close the ticket.

Not enough credits to fuss over.

Purelukk is the only name I am aware of.

errr … no idea why I typed in EU, I am on the NA server o.O

ah ok. Maybe @RexXxuS could check if the button to upgrade is linked to the wrong function.

Nope, for me all buttons work as they are described.
