How can we help you now?
=> I’ll assume that certain items are not allowed in OCD but if someone who doesn’t know tries to place items in OCD. There should be a message and you shouldn’t lose what you put in. I lost 24K Steel plates and would have lost a lot more if i didn’t put ore in the send box. I tried a small batch of ingots and they must not be allowed either.

Please update with a message and for a player not to lose their items when they just don’t know. This game has a steep learning curve and to some people. This is devastating.

Hello and thanks for your feedback.

I couldn’t map both information you provided to our data, but in general nothing is lost. Either it goes in the OCD and you have to refresh HWS Connect a few times, a few minutes afterwards or a red message comes up telling you items are forbidden
