# OCD items missing when requested

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

**What happened?**  
=\> items are again going missing when requested from OCD, it is enough to have your player inventory window open to not get the items…if i try to send the items again, i get the message that there is a OCD window already open and i need to wait 30 seconds, but that is not the case

Just wanted to add to this ticket that I too experienced this earlier tonight on the HWS+ EU server. It gave me the same message about items being queued but then nothing ever popped up. Hadn’t seen this issue before.

Yes Empyrion changed something with the last Version.  
YOU CANNOT have the logistic or player inventory or any container open when you do OCD:GET !

We will see how we can get around it, but thats for now the only way

I lll restore your stuff in a minute
