Most of Admin are in EU and not here at this time of the night when you were posting.
They will get you all set up if the package didnāt already apply to your account, but it could always be possible that there was an error of server or name and they will have to investigate.

We automated the support system by now but it checks the player very carefully.
In this case it couldnāt be applied automatically because your name had a special character in it:
āRonin Mikeā
Our System only got
āIngame Name: Ronin Ć¢ĀĀ Mikeā
That is the reason why it couldnāt be applied within the 10 minutes automatically.
I assume you supported via the Support Us website, right?
Or even through HWS Connect?
The advantage with HWS Connect is, that itās fetching your Player Name automatically, hopefully with special characters. But sometimes even those are stripped by PayPal.

Ok thanks. I used HWS Connect. It does not display the special character. I want another package, should I open another ticket? I considering removing the special character if its goung to have issues. Thanks again.
