OCD problems (missing icons and unable to put in some items)

What happened?
=> Some RE items have no icon in OCD
and some usefull things cant be stored now, seems like there’s no reason for it

List of items i found w/o icons:
id: 5734 (ammo for disruptor turrets)
id: 7315 (scematics for abys armor upgrades)
id: 7515 (factory unit)
id: 7452 (health nanite)
id: 7453 (stamina nanite)
^ looks like others nanites dont have icons too

cannot be placed in ocd:

Coolant

Server? (EU or NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> both RE
