Ownership issue

What happened:
=> I was with a friend trying to do the origin change from prototype to freelancer, so we had to leave the faction, we set the ownership of our ships to Private but only 1 of them is still on a ghost faction, worst part is its inside our CV so we cant fly,

had another issue with another ship, didnt noticed the limit warning and 1 of my ships changed to HSW (after your help had 3 SV as personal instead of 2 on faction and 2 private, is it possible to recover it ? someone said there is an in game mechanic i cant find it
