because i thought payment was maybe not succesfull , so i tried again after a few days , and still not listed !

question is however , why is my payment not listed on support page ?

i have very much in factory , dont wanna loose it due a bug

you bought the seasonal, not the permanent one twice. “Keep Blueprint Resources after season”. see your transaction, as well as the log you posted here.
You did not buy the permanent.
They are saved and recognized, but I think they do not show on the website yet as far as I see? @RexXxuS

So your resources are fine for 2 seasons

There are couple of things I finally need to implement. Support Playfields are also not shown in HWS Connect overview page.
I hope I can get to it after HWS 13.
